Our Managers should have a sense of purpose that makes a difference in every clients’ day, in every visit while inspiring others to do the same. How do we do this? >One on one Front desk training, to learn the basics! >Online Tutorials to master the systems. >Resources and job aid available to achieve objectives. >Understanding of our culture and Why we do what we do. >Assigned mentor for continued support and development. >Management and revenue training What will you be responsible for? >Ensuring that Epic Services are being delivered to our clients. Every time, every visit >Solution oriented attitude in handling staff performance. >Maintaining staff levels and schedules to ensure optimal performance and services. >Creating an environment that produces measurable results financially. >Ongoing Training and development of service and front desk staff >Operations within set budget amount while overseeing payment systems. >Maintaining a mindset for the future; planning and execution for what is next! What’s in it for you? >Staring salary $35,000- 41,600/annually, w/incentives for reaching sales goals. (based on experience and ability to drive sales) >Salary review in first 3 months, w/possible increase (revenue driven results) >Paid time off accumulated with ability to use after 90 days, 40 hours annually. >Monthly massages or facials!
