Apply Now: Job Summary Below are the items that we are seeking for a Office Manager. First is a small description of who we are and what we do. We are a youth sports company that services the AZ/CA and soon other communities offering sports classes, parties, clinics during the week and weekends. You would be working closely with the Owners of the program as well as the HR Director and weekend manager. Office hours are typically M-F 9-4 but many times could require additional hours before or after. Only candidates available during those hours will be considered. Primary focus is Office management work assisting the owners and HR Director with the general operations. This is a heavy phones, emails and collaboration with the core team. We will always be busy and pace is moderate to fast. PLEASE NOTE: This is a position that can start immediately. Responsibilities and Duties Here are a few musts for this position . Knowledge and understand and advanced proficiency for: Be ok with multitasking all the time. We are a fast paced Company. Navigating the internet Excellence with numbers OVERLY ORGANIZED! Can handle multi-tasking and switching directions. Excellent at Microsoft word and excel Excellent written abilities Excellent verbal and phone skills(must be able to speak on the phone and make people your best friends) A proficiency and understanding how to prioritize Understands how to keep everyone in the loop Qualifications and Skills Other items of importance: Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; maintaining and controlling timely correspondence; working with and improving filing systems; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Manage and make improvements(as needed) of office policies Keeps management informed of results of tasks assigned as completed Ability to create and schedule a plan to accomplish Goals Maintains physical and electronic calendar for self scheduling as well as business scheduling Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
