E-Commerce Shipping Assistant (UPS Store Experience a Plus)
Looking to fill immediately! 10AM - 3PM Shift (Monday - Friday)(25-30Hrs Per Week) Job description Position Summary: The Operations Co-ordinator will assist the operations team by taking charge of managing and full-filling online Orders for the company. Experience with UPS Store a plus. We are a growing company so in 6-9 months this could lead to a full time position. Essential Duties And Responsibilities 1. Manage shipments for all online orders. 2. Manage and organize Inventory and create backorder reports 3. Provide backorder info to customer Service team. 4. Ensure inventory is kept as accurate as possible, 5. Monitor a 3-month inventory supply for the warehouse i.e. shrink-wrap, tape, paper products, cleaning supplies. 6. Execute miscellaneous projects, i.e. take weights, labeling, re-boxing, etc. 7. Help where needed in Office 8. Should be able to lift light weights boxes up to 30Lbs Knowledge and Skills: 1. Should have basic proficiency with computers 2. Experience creating shipments for USPS and Fedex including creating labels from the Fedex website and creating packages using packaging material for shipments 3. Self organizing and self motivated Requirements 1. Clean Background check
