Our small but growing private dental practice is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator (Office Manager Trainee), 34 hours a week (4 days a week). We are looking for an individual who will transition into the role of an Office Manager after proper training in our office. This is an ideal position for a recent college graduate who is wanting to grow within our practice. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communication, Business Administration, or an equivalent degree AND at least 2 years experience in customer service. OR 5 years experience in customer service with 2 years experience in a leadership role in Healthcare. -Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills -Proficient in MS Office -Ambitious team player, with both professionalism and drive. -Must be willing to undergo a Background and Credit check.
