HELP NEEDED Part time office assistant needed in construction office 16-20 hours per week- Two Days Per Week (anywhere from 7am - 4pm) Duties include a wide variety of tasks including (but not limited to): Greeting clients— Required customer service skills and phone manner Answering phone calls, voicemails and emails Data entry and reception duties Creating/sending proposals and invoices Collecting/posting payments received Managing/paying expenses Filing/organization- Create and manage digital and hard copy filing systems Allocating Sales Tax and Pricing Material Office Maintenance- Maintain office supply inventory Preferred (but not required) experience/knowledge in Transaction Privilege Taxes and working with contractors. Preferred experience in Quickbooks- will have light Accounting duties Required knowledge in spreadsheets and word processing documents (Microsoft Word/Excel). Must be able to create, edit, and update spreadsheets and documents. Must be able to multi-task. There may be additional duties not listed above.
